The milk tea is made and mixed to order. You can choose boba or not. Also can choose what type of boba, ie plain or they also have flavored filled type of "bubble" to add.
It comes with boba. I dont understand the definition of mixing. Like is the drink already mix or like...u have to mix the entire drink yourself?
The staff make the drinks after you order them. You can choose to add boba or not or add in any of the other options as you wish.
It does have boba in it but im pretty sure you have to mix it
