Simple bubble tea place, friendly staff and very quick with your order. Tapioca Boba were just right not too soft or hard.

A very nice store in Chinatown, lots of seating, some games available for groups to hangout. The fact I like about Vivi, they offer small snacks to order, alongside drinks. Their drinks menu is huge, offering almost all kinds of bubble teas. We ordered the crumble oreo drink, the fruit tea, popcorn chicken and Takoyaki. Drinks were amazing as expected, bubbles were soft and chewy. The fruit tea had lots of fruit and jelly. Popcorn chicken was moist and really well cooked. The takoyaki was disappointing to me. All of the pieces were overcooked, they appeared dark/burned. The inside didn’t taste as good as other takoyakis I have had. Still this is an excellent bubble tea spot among many in this area.

The tea is made with Lactaid, lactose free milk. I asked because I thought it was a special order, but I found out it's used for all of the teas. It tastes exactly like regular milk.
The milk tea is made and mixed to order. You can choose boba or not. Also can choose what type of boba, ie plain or they also have flavored filled type of "bubble" to add.
