Dr. Blackburn is kind and understanding and works with the patient. I have always left her office with a positive mindset and experience. I trust her experience and am so glad I found her.

Do not recommend!!! Incompetent staff!! After waiting several weeks for an appointment, they decided to cancel my appointment the day of my visit. This was a grave inconvenience and I will not recommend this business to other service members.

We have had a lot of doctors over years. But Shelly Blackburn is best. She sent my daughter and I over the years to specialists and were diagnosed with things our other doctore missed. I can say she is the best...i trust her completely.

Did you drop me as a patient simply because I would not come back, after my appt., during a pandemic, for lab work? Why did I get charged/billed for lab work when I did not come back it to complete it? Why is this charge on my credit report?
