Yes, everything was correct and I also received a text. I was just notified a few minutes ago that they should be here within the hour. Communication was horrible today. They need to work on that.
I just had a delivery from Bob's this past Friday. I was notified via text message that the driver was on his was. I was also notified the day prior to delivery to confirm that someone would be home. Did this happen for you? Do they have your correct contact information?
