Absolutely best buying experience I have had in a long time. We had a hard time deciding between 2 different models. We got our delivery and felt that we made a mistake in our selection. We went back to the store and visited with our salesperson Tracy and without hesitation they traded out the original sofa for the other model. I could not have asked for better service!!! Highly reccomend.

I needed to have a couple transformers sent to me since they were not included in the original order. Mary Hall the store manager was very helpful and had Pascal from their service department call me, we communicated and shared pictures and they sent me the two transformers right away. This is great customer service, thank you so much. I am definately a pleased customer.

Did not look at bedding. Call the store and ask for Terry, he is most helpful.
A quick search on their website for "sleeper sofa" or "convertible sofa" did not yield any results. I'd call them directly with that question before making the trip. I've never looked for a sleeper sofa, so I'm afraid I can't give you any direction. Good luck!
