Went to get a sectional until my new furniture comes in from Ashley furniture, and was charged 1 week for furniture i did not have. Instead of taking accountability, they placed the blame on me. In addition, when the furniture was delivered, the delivery men ruined my stairwell wall and told me to get a magic eraser to clean up the wall, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Depends on the store if I've ever been behind i normally am allowed a week to get caught up. However if its the Burlington Rent a Center they have recently undergone new management changes as of last week, so im unsure how this new group operates
