I 've been off my meds for while now,at the moment im feeling very overwhelmed,my nerves are extremely bad,anxiety for sure,all this death around me other words can I do a triage,I really need the rest.

You need some help but do not go to green oaks at medical city that was worse 4 days of hell with no help go to yoir primary doctor he or she will give you better help
