Not sure about evaluation, but as a past patient I can confirm it's one of the worst places you could goto for help. I only went because of an involuntary psychiatric hold. If you'd like help for you, or a loved one, please do not send them to Green Oaks, or they may possibly come out worse and morally beaten down more than they had before entering.
