They sell seconds and rebuilt a second is a new battery with a defect on the case. A rebuilt is one QC took apart to inspect or a new one that didn't charge right that they fixed.
Yes same answer as above but selections are limited and a 2nd is great it just may have a burn mark on the case knick on the case or any other blemish that it can't be sold as a premium battery but performance is as good as a premium battery. Feel free to ask any other ?'s
Yes Deka batteries has a factory store in site that sells refurbished batteries and 2nds that mean the only thing wrong with it is cosmetic damage on the outside such as a scratch on the label.. they sell them for cheaper..
