I don't care about the long time I spent there the people that are coming are very impatient sometimes patients have a virtue when I walk in the office I couldn't walk I was 200 and something pounds my knee was bothering me these doctors came and helped me out the PA is on point I had a guy that was killing me and pa Smith stopped all of that Dr Oz is the best Dr algo is the head but if you're impatient don't come here because patience is on a virgin

The actual care is great, the extremely long wait time is totally ridiculous! It’s about 3 hours before you get seen even with an appointment! What’s the point of scheduling people, when you gonna have 100 of us for a 10 o clock appointment!!! Really!

Every time I have visited Alpha Medical Center it has been nothing but great customer service & Dr.Ogwu has the best bedside manners. He listens to every complaint & makes sure you leave there feeling cared for. Darnella at the front desk is also excellent. She squeezed me in for a sick visit and was so polite throughout my visit. The customer service in this office is impeccable. I decided to make this facility my primary care. I’ll go no where else. I always leave with all of my concerns addressed. I’m never brushed off as I’ve been with other doctors. I truly appreciate the entire staff at Alpha Medical Center.
