I was a little hesitant at first to visit this location, but this is clearly a case of: Don't judge a book by it's cover. Inside is lovely, bright, and clean. There is ample staff and I have not experienced anyone who was uneducated on their task - such as handling my insurance. I would take previous bad reviews with a grain of salt. I was in late in the day, just before 4, and was not there long before I knew what was wrong with me. (Strep throat in my case.) I also had my yearly labs handled same day, and the Phlebotomist that handled me is the ONLY ONE in 2 years in Houston to not only stick me in one go? But do so without leaving any bruises behind. Everyone here seems to have a good internal relationship which is comforting to experience. I honestly feel I have found my primary location finally.

They treat me very badly. I don't know about the doctors who are there, they don't know. I have to tell them that they prescribed it for an ear infection and I'm still the same. I don't recommend them to anyone.
