Depends on the artist and what you want done

Each artist is different, but a cheap tattoo isn't good and a good tattoo isn't cheap. The artists here are respectful and patient, so that's always something to look for.

Depends on size and detail of said tattoo. A large piece will be by session not size. Plan on $100-$150 an hour for large pieces and $150 to $400 for single sit down tattoo

Take the time to visit the shop and check out each artist's book of work. Consult with the artist who's work you like and get a quoted price for your tattoo idea or plan. Tattoos are priced individually and each tattoo is different in many ways and can't and shouldn't be reduced to an hourly fee. Having said that, any established and respected artist should fall, at a minimum, between $125 and $150 an hour before tip.
