Thank you for the insight. I'm not computer savvy but get calls from firms trying to sell reviews. I will reach out to tech savvy friends to help do just that. Thanks
I'll start by promising we are not buying reviews. The difference has been how often we request reviews. It used to be random requests but most of the time there was no request. Now, every one of our customers are asked so it's just a matter of numbers. If you ask 40-50 people a day for a review, even a response rate of 5% will add up fast. All we do is ask for the review, good, bad or ugly. Truly. I'll add that we have made easier for our customers to leave a review too.
They have come to my home around five to six times everytime very polite handled the problem very good.
Our review was real. Not paid for. They were on time. He was professional. He told us our options. He looked up price and parts for us. Gave us a few minutes to discuss and decide what we wanted to do. It was above average service. I was unsure of using them. Orville Appliances in Webster recommended them as they could not get to us with in three days.
Very professional,honest,sincere,on time
