Appliance Tec was able to get a technician scheduled within just a day or so of my reaching out. Jeremy arrived on time and quickly got about the business of sorting out my oven. I believe he was in and out in about 30 minutes, and my oven is working great!

The service technician put the wrong part on the microwave... Now it's going to be another two weeks before I can get this microwave installed
