Awful customer service. If you have an issue don’t expect to get any service. You’ll just get scammed. Sales people work strictly on commission and that’s what they’re all about. Sell person sold me the wrong thing and then would not give me a refund for the purchase. Take my advice only shop at a Verizon owned store.

Just bought a new pixel 7 from the Irondequoit store. The sales consultant was Curtis Mooney. He did an outstanding job. He was friendly, very thorough, and made easy to understand (for those of us that are not into the high tec stuff ! Great job Curtis .
