I'm new to the area and have yet to find a restaurant that makes an authentic Cubano Sandwich. I'm talking pork not deli meat on a sandwich. Does anybody know what this restaurant uses?

I didn't see any, but like someone said, you could look around they have other goodies there. I'm sure you can always ask the owner, bcus the pastry guy has to know how to make those. He can tell you.
