Yes, the Spring Creek Greenway Trail is open connecting Dennis Johnston Park to Jesse Jones Park (about 14 miles to the east). There are other parks with restrooms that you can stop at along the way.
Jesse H Jones is still closed right now. I would check their website for updates on the trails.
Yes and really nice asphalt for walking or riding bikes. Off trail areas for horseback riding or walking, too.
