Hands down the worst sonic I've ever been to. I mobile ordered (mainly for the half off drinks) and waited for 30 minutes. I even tried to get their attention by pressing the red button and sat there for 10 more minutes. When I did finally receive my order, everything was lukewarm and hard.

Why the one day I choose to eat out instead of make dinner and we love sonic but tonight our burgers were burnt crispy. Dry and nasty. Never again will I go to this location 🤮. So sad 36$ down the drain.

I received poor quality food and upon complaining was treated badly at the 1960 & Lee Rd. location. I no longer patronized any Sonic. Too many other great dining options for good service & quality food.

Why is it that at 10:30, Monday night the employee working told me that they were closed and they close at 10:30 every night except weekends? So I looked on the website once I got back and sure enough it said they didn't close until 11:00 pm. Smh...

This location has bad customer service and the wife and husband who run this location do not know how to run a business. Sonics give out a survey for a free route drink when u make a purchase a they do not want to honor the promotion. 👎

They brought a hotdog out to me one time with a dime-sized spot of dark green mold on it. How did *nobody* see it sooner? Ridiculous.

Yes, they sell 10lb bags for $2.79 plus tax. They make them to order, so they’re not sitting around in a freezer all day. SO it will be fresh ice that gets made daily.
