Horrible place in ordered today it was broad daylight around 2pm and when I approached the drive thru to order no one said anything on the speaker and I said hello and someone said the system was down and then I asked if I could wait and the girl repeated the system was down again I was so mad since I was really hungry it's nothing but lazy and rude people working there stay away!

This place was the worst experience. I have had in years. No customer service skills 😒 they had me waiting for 35min on my food. That I asked for a refund!!! This burger 🍔 king needs to fire all employees and management. And hire a whole new team, they act like they regretted being at work.

I just came from burger king on Cypress wood and I-45 my food was stale cheese sticks never seen look this way before cheese was hard, the marinara sauce they gave me was old and opened, my onion rings was hard like they were made on yesterday

I tried to call they picked they phone up and put it on hold now it's busy...they workers was ghetto at the drive thru sad case I'll never go to that one again!

The truth is that it is a disaster when they are going to serve you. I had to wait 15 minutes for the person who was tending hard all that time was talking to another person with two young people at this time bad service
