Four months ago, I went in to have apply to have my title transferred to TX. They took the title to my car, gave me a receipt, and told me I would receive the title in the mail. To date, I have not received it. What can I do?

Go to TX DMV (this location), ask for a copy of your title & like Gabrielle said...have $5.45
