I agree with Julian...$5.45 for title replacement
These questions are not monitored by the TxDMV and so many others have asked the same.. The cost of a "replacement title" is $5.45 (cash/check NO card). You'll present your VIN or Plate number, they cannot look up the vehicle with anything other than those two numbers. And present your Driver's License, I.D. OR passport.
