What to I need to get lost title

If its under your name just print out and sign form- VTR-34 and take ID.

Can i get a replacment title same day? Thats all i need answered pls

You can only get a duplicate title (lost title) if the vehicle has been transferred to your name. if that's the case you will need form VTR-34 and a picture ID (Driver license,State ID, Passport). If at some point your vehicle was financed or you took any loans on it you have to make sure that the lien has been released from the system because even if it has been paid off it could stay on the system and you will need to request a Lien Release from the financing company.
