I finished paying my car and the bank sent me the lien release letter. They told me to take it to the DMV to get my title. Do you process this request, and if yes, what else is needed?

First fill out txdmv form vtr34 then take your completed form, original release of lien, and valid form of identification to your txdmv regional office and apply for a certified copy of title. Once you have obtained your title go to your local county tax assessor collector and complete the form 130u and at the top of the form check the box that adds or removes lienholder. The charge is 33.00 for a new title to be issued free and clear of any liens.

How long does it take to get the title of a car home? I ask why I paid a notary 4 months ago and he only gave me stiker plates and only told me a month ago that they had already sent them and well until today I have not received any title from my three vehicles
