I just wish management would stop lying when they say they are going to do something!! or at least communicate with the rest of the staff what is actually going on. It makes more sense.

Heron Pointe is more concerned about quantity than they ate about Quality,I just pulled into my garage now,apartments upstairs opposite end of building,has all their laundry hung all over the balcony,some dog waste stations need bags refilled,employees just drive past all this stuff,all day long,Heron Pointe doesn't enforce their own policy,people do whatever they want,this place is going downhill and management doesnt care.

They need more help always to busy sad

Indoor pool never heated in the year + my family lived there, even though it was promised from day one. 😑
