You nerd to be one of the first 6 in line to be able to see a case manager you may want to check the Rockford Rescue Mission

Be there waiting at the door at around 7:30. This will make sure you will get to see someone. You also have to make sure to be in the foyer and up the stairs at 8:15 when they open the main door so people do not cut in front of you.
