Website for the (BLS for healthcare providers) hybrid CPR class is rinky-dink. It desperately needs beefing up as even the contact form won't accept your communication if you choose to add a document. The book, testing, and classroom videos are inconsistent with the details one must know (I.E. 2nd dose of Narcan given AFTER 4 mins (book and testing), IN 2-3 mins (classroom). The testing needs to be reviewed for poor word choices and better recognition of correct answers- I answered two correctly that it still marked wrong and told me the answer. The company discriminates against disabilities! I asked to have the mannequin on the tabletop, not the floor and was told it is their rule and everyone must do it on the floor or cannot pass. When I explained that I was unable to do so because of injury, I was told, Sorry, it's our rule. When I explained I have a disability and cannot do it, I was again told I must or I could not become certified. When I verbalized the Americans with Disabilities Act protects me and supersedes the rule, I was told everyone must do it on the floor. I asked for the instructor's supervisor name and a number to contact after he told me to call the company, but was informed to just call the number, there was no chain of hierarchy. I called the number and spoke to an Amber in the training and certification department who is supposedly a supervisor. She just regurgitation that it is their rule and when I explained about the disability and the ADA law, she had no idea of it and simply repeated that it is their rule that ALL must follow to pass. The sheer ignorance and flippant culture she demonstrated is sad, shameful, and inexcusable in today's society! Disappointed that an organization so well known is so unorganized, laisse fair about handling issues or concerns, hides behind a rule that discriminates and breaks the law, and has such a horrible resources online. Company-wide educating must occur to educate employees on the ADA law and accommodations that could be required for participants!!!! Shameful culture of ignorance going on and a basic lack of caring, too. Steer clear of this organization until they can get their act and organization together!!!

Yes they do. Just call and ask to speak with someone about disaster education. There are several projects for scouts, girl scouts and other youth groups.
Disney is one of the partners of the Red Cross and they provide little stuffed Mickey Mouse's that we include in each of our comfort kits, which include also include additional items for those affected by fires. Thank you so much for thinking of us and those affected by home fires.
Not at this time.
At your local red cross just give them a call and ask when the classes are
