I only use the East branch since I have been living in Rockford. The staff here is always friendly and helpful and for the most part I find what I'm looking for. The children's area is very clean and organized.

The downtown library is not a-lot seating areas for Adult.

My 6 year old niece was so enamored with the children's section. The attendants were very happy to help with any issues. My niece and I had been to the East State branch earlier in the week and she noticed a big difference between the branches. She mentioned that there were so many more books to choose from and she enjoyed the elevator.
