You can call in which 99 percent of the time they won't answer and then there's a 1-800 number that you are put on hold, and you could be, 77, 6, 112 etc. The best is go to the front desk tell them why your there and they'll leave a message for your case who will then send you a letter. Then there's the internet not sure how that works but you can get on and see.
I believe you can call your caseworker and tell her you want to cancel and you have to ask for them to send you something in the mail saying you no longer receive the benefits
