I pay child support to their dad. He is now married and refuses to tell me important info like his address and phone number. Would my payments be lowered becauae he is married now? And legally doesnt he have to tell me these things?

It depends on his income and no he has absolutely no obligation to tell you . He does have to inform the agency.

Probably not. Your obligation is 17% for one child. The number doesn't change if they get married, it's based on your income. Hope that helps.
