Do they rent scooters? If so what are the prices like for renting for a day? Was going to rent a car but I had a idea and a scooter sounded like a lot of fun to rent and drive around the city on.

No Rentals. It's been attempted by a few companies, including us but we quit. Renting scooters in DFW is hard because of low demand, geography and red tape. I suggest buying a Lance 125cc scooter, they hold their value and are able to reach 50mph. The cost of insurance is extremely low so it pays for itself quickly. Do not buy a Chinese scooter, buy Taiwanese or better.

I wish they did but at this time I'm pretty sure they don't.
