I recently went to the Carrollton branch, unannounced and not fully prepared, to buy and finance a boat from an individual. Myra greeted us and began helping immediately. I was also working with Norma M at another location via e;mail and telephone. Myra and Norma were professional, knowledgeable and courteous while working with the seller and myself to gather and prepare all of the necessary paperwork for the transaction. They were able to answer all of my questions regarding the loan, titling process and everything I needed to do going forward. Without a doubt, given my lack of preparation, they went above and beyond to make my experience great. Professionals like Mayr and Norma are part of the reason I have been with Resource 1 for over 15 years.

If I could give a zero I would! I do not have an account here but our client does and we spent over 3 hours trying to transfer funds and it still has not been done. They didn't even have his correct address in the system, and then once they sent paperwork it was ALL wrong. TERRIBLE customer service and very unprofessional when you spend that much time trying to get something done only for it to all be wrong and start completely over again is a ludicrous.

Hi Charlie! We have never seen a check without a routing number. If the check is from a Resource One account we can help you cash it by visiting a branch in Houston, or if the check is from another bank and you have an account with us we can also process the check. We suggest you visit a location and someone can help you with your questions. We hope this helps and have a great day.
IDK so they are cool
Hi Robert, we do have an ATM at the Irving location that is a walk up.
Hello Myra, we do have a Notary on staff. This is a free service for our members.
Hi Maurice, currently our Irving, Spring Cypress, and Mesquite branches will accept deposits. We are in process of adding deposits to our other ATMs. We do have night drops at our locations that do not have the ATM deposit capabilities and those are processed the next morning. Thank you!
Hello, it is a case by case basis depending on the check and member. We would suggest contacting the call center so they can review the deposit with you and let you know how the check would be deposited or how it was deposited if you already turned it in.

Hi Brenda. We have been in the Dallas community since 1936 and were originally Sears Employees Federal Credit Union. We were located at the old Sears warehouse off Lamar and Belleview St. now the Southside on Lamar Lofts. We have asked around and looked into our historical docs, but couldn't find anything in our history where we were at the location you referenced. It is a possibility because we have merged several credit unions into us around the area but we do not have a location there at this time or in recent past history.
Sometimes, it depends on when your company's payroll processes the direct deposit file and provides it to the financial institution.
