I love going in, when they've got a sale going on. If there's a clearance rack, with items in my size, even better!! I love that they greet you, when you walk in the door, but don't bother you while you're shopping. The dressing room area was nice and clean, which I really appreciate, and they were helpful in trying to find an older woman, the proper size in a particular color. They were very patient with her, as I could hear the entire conversation. She was looking for something in her granddaughter's size, because she thought she'd like it. That in itself, make my day!

Yes if you have a receipt. I have bought things in Oklahoma and had to exchange or return in MICHIGAN
