It’s overly crowded . The selection is not as great as the other rainbows. The customer service is horrible they carry personal conversations right there in front you. They don’t greet you . & if I may be honest by it being so crowded it’s not organized & makes this store seem dirty. You can’t walk in between clothes without stepping on dragging dresses that’s on the dirty floor & also lots of hangers sticking out that gets caught in the customers purses & hair .

They don't let you try on clothes then when you try to return they ask if you wanna buy something else. They laugh and have personal conversations right in front of customers. Then you have to look for clothes yourself. I ask a lady on the floor where some shorts where and she said they didn't make shorts then not even a minute later I found them. I proceeded to let her know that they did indeed have the matching shorts and she didn't have much to say. They rather make friends then work.
