POOR PHONE APPOINTMENT COMMUNICATION WHEN IT COMES TO SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT AFTER YOUVE HAD ONE TOOTH EXTRACTED WHEN YOU WERE SCHEDULED FOR 2 TO BE EXTRACTED,WHICH NOW HAS ME IN EXTREME PAIN FOR QUITE SOME TIMEand was told to call ,had one extraction done was to call the office schedule for the other tooth,I have been calling now for over 2yrs and to the present and LEFT NUMEROUS OF MESSAGES FOR A CALLBACK STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE CALLBACK . I'm sure my files are still there and can be seen what procedures I had completed.CUSTOMER SERVICE eTHICS ARE BELOW POOR.

They don't tell the truth, how sad it is that they study so much and give a false diagnosis!! Ask for 3 pieces of information Before taking a step... let them do an extraction!! Yes.... If you don't have insurance you pay about $89 to get X-rays and exam then depending on their findings they may reduce the cost of some procedures like fillings and refer you out for other procedures Iike root canals to Baylor.
If I remember right, I had to bring proof of residence, proof of income, and a photo ID.
