Looking to rent a living space/conference room to accommodate 25 to 50 people and be able to bring in outside catering. Is this sort of space available there?

@Steve Vitez, as of July 2018, that apartment no longer exists. They have since made it into a King Suite. Still has the kitchen, but no longer 2 floors.

Yes they should be able to. I had a great wedding there for 50 people and they did great! Above average service and experience!!!

Yes. I saw a large divisible conference room there. Very classy.
