No, to preserve the natural wildlife habitats there are no lights in Oliver Nature Park. It closes according to the sunset, so the hours vary throughout the year. Currently it is open 5am-6pm. It will be open until 9pm starting mid March. If you are looking for lighted trails to run or walk on, check out the Walnut Creek Linear Trail. It has trailheads at Town Park (500 Main St) and McKnight Park East (700 US 287, next to Fieldhouse USA). You can see the route on the blue dots on the map on this page: https://www.mansfieldtexas.gov/1179/Walnut-Creek-Linear-Trail WCLT is 12-ft wide, concrete and lighted for nearly all of the trail.

I'm pretty sure it's not. I didn't see any light when I was there.
