I don't think the office is open weekends, but you can go to the web site to find their requirements. You may be able to download and print some of the paperwork, so you can show up with it already filled in. You may need utility bills, rent receipts, pay stubs or statements, bank statements, etc. Don't forget your ID, and Social Security card. If you have Medicare, or insurance, take documents for that, too. The office is a block or so north of the emergency room. They were very helpful getting me qualified and signed up, but I made sure I had everything they required, on my first visit.

There is an office for eligibility off main street behind the patient care pavilion aka the er they are open mon to friday 8am to 5pm. Bring with u ur i.d proof income lease ss cards if u dont have work they will ask u to fill out a work release form for u to take to ur previous employers..
