The store won't install them, you gotta hire a contractor.
Not that I'm aware of. However, provided you have the physical ability, this is something you can do in a day before you backfill your foundation. If it's already back filled, you'll need your utilities marked before you break out the excavator.
They can probably get you names of local contractors they use.
I don't believe that they do.
