Why do they take for ever to answer a question or they act like they know what they are doing and send you home with the wrong product or broken product and when you go back 4 days later to exchange it they don't want to.

Wish I had a good answer other than they don't seem to care. Once you find a employee that will help try and find that same person when tou need help. Not only here but it sure seems no one cares for repeat business. No loyalty except to your dollar ... I would ask to talk to management. They do have helpful people but you might have to dig. Good luck. I would say go to locally owned small business but the box stores have done them in.

It's difficult to find (pay) workers with a working knowledge of what people need from their store. Customer service ain't what it used to be ANYWHERE!
