I've always had good customer service
Bacause customer service is a joke around here! People have no pride in ownership or self responsibility. Everyone wants something for nothing and they have a "not my job" mentality. It's pretty sad really.
When you call and ask for the lumber department they transfer your call to a company cell phone that one of the guys in lumber has and very often their busy and neglect some calls, their also very understaffed at the Pueblo north location, they need to double the amount of store employees, thats just my opinion. There is some very hard working people at Home Depot that make several dollars less an hour then other home improvement stores.
