I don't do it publicly out of respect for the families visiting with children but I do it while there. No one has said anything yet..
Yes, as far as my experience. When I go there it's with a group for wheeling. There some that do like myself, and some that don't. None of them or the other site said anything.
I would assume so, some of the camp sites are kind of close, but being the fact that it is legal in the state I don't think you will hassled by anyone, as long as your respectful with it
