Never do business with clayton homes in oklahoma city they just see you as a $$$$, you give them earnest money stating is refundable and once the deal doesn't work out for you the staff doesnt care about you anymore and they keep your money, if you're doing an fha loan they will try to sell you stuff you dont need stating is fha required, I WOULD'VE CHOOSE 0 STARS IF I COULD I went there jan 14 2018 to talk to the owner Roy acted like he didn't care what I had to said about all the mislead information I was provided, literally he said "I don't care what Travis(one of his staff) promised you"(my refund), he kicked me out in the middle of the conversation, and now replies all empathic? Really? After all that do you want me to reach you back? Don't trust this people they're just for the money.

I've seen it done. They chopped a second trailer in half and put it on as an extension. Theres no harm in checking with clayton. I'm sure they'd know a contractor who help you out. Price is dependent on what your wanting. I'd say at least 5000.
