Cheyene went OUT OF HER WAY (at 4pm on a Saturday, when they close at 5pm) to answer our questions & make sure we understood the process. She even stayed late & genuinely seemed to care about our family’s best interest! That is such a rarity in this day & age….. My husband & I had a list of questions 2 miles long, she answered all of them without ever giving us the run around. Cannot recommend her enough! She is kind, knowledgeable, attentive & thorough. A genuine person! Ask for Cheyene!

Poorly constructed mobile with cheap material these homes are not energy efficient once the warranty is up they leave you hanging!

Upon first impression, they have been very kind to me and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me along. They have several options with land to fit every budget. I asked to see pictures of siding options as I am looking for siding to look more like a cabin (wood rather than vinyl) and they offer that. Cheyene was very helpful and even went out of her way to take pictures on her personal phone and send them to me of different models. She also sent me land coordinates so I can see what options there are, as well as a link to the application online all via text. Right off the bat, I told her I'm disabled and only receive SSDI income. She told me it was no problem at all and made me feel welcome rather than shunned which sadly tends to happen a lot for the disabled wanting to make any big purchase for themselves. She was very helpful, patient, and not pushy. Hands down the best customer experience.

After researching online, it seems to be a recurring theme with who's responsible.
Never do business with clayton homes in oklahoma city they just see you as a $$$$, you give them earnest money stating is refundable and once the deal doesn't work out for you the staff doesnt care about you anymore and they keep your money, if you're doing an fha loan they will try to sell you stuff you dont need stating is fha required, I WOULD'VE CHOOSE 0 STARS IF I COULD I went there jan 14 2018 to talk to the owner Roy acted like he didn't care what I had to said about all the mislead information I was provided, literally he said "I don't care what Travis(one of his staff) promised you"(my refund), he kicked me out in the middle of the conversation, and now replies all empathic? Really? After all that do you want me to reach you back? Don't trust this people they're just for the money.

Price Clayton isn't worth it, go with quality. Would not recommend Clayton
