I was subjected to the worst-case of racism by nearly every black (pca), as well as the supervisor. There is no way they are qualified to care for any senior, or anyone needing care.

Absolutely the worst home care in Oklahoma. Not reliable at all. Negligent in care. Stopped my mother's service without notification. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Therapist wouldn't return calls. Mind you she was fresh out of having surgery. Once we notified her Dr he was livid. But the time she spent without therapy was detrimental, she now has permanent damage. If you need home care please go with Excell services. Medical professionals who truly care about their patients.

There is no possible way that an employee was convicted of those crimes and still working with Complete. We run a state background check. If they fail it by law, we can’t hire them. If they pass it then we hire them. Anyone claiming that we hired people against the background check is 100% false. We are state audited 3-4 times per year. No way that could be happening.
