How can a pca with 2 felony drug convictions and on probation be employed here? This company has no regard for their clients.

There is no possible way that an employee was convicted of those crimes and still working with Complete. We run a state background check. If they fail it by law, we can’t hire them. If they pass it then we hire them. Anyone claiming that we hired people against the background check is 100% false. We are state audited 3-4 times per year. No way that could be happening.
