Never do business with clayton homes in oklahoma city they just see you as a $$$$, you give them earnest money stating is refundable and once the deal doesn't work out for you the staff doesnt care about you anymore and they keep your money, if you're doing an fha loan they will try to sell you stuff you dont need stating is fha required, I WOULD'VE CHOOSE 0 STARS IF I COULD I went there jan 14 2018 to talk to the owner Roy acted like he didn't care what I had to said about all the mislead information I was provided, literally he said "I don't care what Travis(one of his staff) promised you"(my refund), he kicked me out in the middle of the conversation, and now replies all empathic?
