As its name suggests, it is a group campground requiring reservations through forest service. Don't usually observe any single campers there. Mostly day use. It would be wise to check in with forest service before planning to camp there. There are other campgrounds nearby that often have RVs parked in them and they are not identified as a group campground.
Yes there's room for an RV. There are no hookups though.
Red Rocks Campground is about 5 miles north of Woodland Park.
