My son rented a Rug Doctor today. They charged us 3 times in the amount of $43.27. Why? I have called at least 6 times today and when I finally get an answer from the young man (who sounds asleep) he sends me to Customer Svc., who never answers.

Call your bank dispute the charge. They'll handle it

Don't they hold a deposit for the machine in the amount of a few days rental,?

I would go and ask for the Manger. They need to make it right.

Ok first you should mabye call the company rug doctor then you should go to the same Walmart that you bought/rented it from go to the costumer service where the rug doctor is if any of that doesn't work just don't pay them or ask for a full refund
