Why do they say that the customers is always right only when it benefit there business because I went to the store today and they had the product priced wrong and did not honor it the cashier talked too the operational manager Bryan he did nothing

I know there are customers who change prices I've seen it for myself when I worked at Walmart but that didn't happen here they knew it was there mistake but still didn't honor it that's just wrong no if and or buts

Remember this old saying customers always right sometimes customers are not always right but in this case due to a misprint of a price that was put on the wrong item in the store it's not the customer's fault it's the employees fault fo putting the wrong price on there now I do understand why some stores you go into and they want honor it but you have to remember nowadays the world has changed there are people that go in the stores and deliberately change prices and because of this they tend to not want to honor that not saying you did anything wrong but what tends to happen when rules start becoming in place it's always someone that messed it up for honest people as yourself to be able to get the price that you seen on there now not saying that anybody was pointing you out as the price changer upper but due to being in businesses that this happens way more than what you think some people do this for a living they have their own price sticker because of this it sucks for honest shopper
