They'll have that and much more, they can process (package for later use) you're meat as well which is why I've always gone there. They've got beef venison, buffalo, pork, and fish. I've been going there since I was a kid and they're always quick and stocked.

Price on Brisket. It all depends on the size. I can say the fat ratio is different from the grocery store. Markets show a little more love than big grocery store chains.
